SHRIMP MOUSSE

8 oz cooked shrimp

1 tsp lemon juice

2 Tbsp heavy cream

2 Tbsp butter

1/2 tsp salt

Pinch pepper

1 Tbsp chopped parsley

1. Grind shrimp in food processor
2. While machine is running, add lemon juice, butter and cream
3. Remove from machine and fold in salt, pepper and parsley
