1 stick (4 oz) butter
1 shallot - sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1. Bring butter to boil in saucepan
2. Add shallots and garlic
3. Continue to boil butter, shallots and garlic until brown
flecks appear
4. Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and parsley
5. Toss in desired pasta
