2 Egg Quantity Equivalent
1-1/4 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1/3 cup beaten eggs, about 1-1/4 extra large eggs
2 Tbsp warm water
1 large pinch saffron threads, crumbled, stirred into the
water and added along with the eggs
