Flour tortillas as needed
2 Tbsp roasted garlic paste
1/2 cup spinach, fresh
1 small tomato, sliced
2-3 slices onion, thinly-sliced
1/4 cup carrots, julienne
4 Tbsp cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
2 Tbsp sprouts: onion, alfalfa or clover
1. Lay out tortilla and spread roasted garlic paste on it
2. Spread grated cheese over tortilla
3. Lay out spinach, tomato, onions, carrots and sprouts over
sandwich
4. Roll up sandwich very tightly and slice
