QUICK ALFREDO

2 cup heavy cream

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp chopped garlic

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Pinch nutmeg

1. Sauté garlic in oil and add wine
2. Reduce wine to almost dry (au sec) and add heavy cream
3. Bring cream to boil and reduce until it begins to thicken
4. Mix in parmesan cheese
5. Toss in desired pasta and season
