HERB PESTO

1 cup assorted herbs--packed (basil, parsley, oregano, chives)

2 Tbsp chopped garlic

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts

1/2 cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup parmesan

1. Place herbs in food processor and blend
2. While machine is running add garlic and pine nuts
3. Continue to run machine and slow pour in olive oil
4. Pulse in parmesan and seasonings
