3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
3 Tbsp olive oil, plus more for cooking
1. Put the flour, salt, eggs, milk and oil in a food processor
and run until a smooth batter forms.
2. Pour the batter into a bowl and let rest for at least
30 minutes
